Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the GeoBiz mobile and web application, operated by GeoBiz, a registered business in Kenya. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements under applicable law. By using the App, you warrant that you meet these criteria.
2. License to Use
GeoBiz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal or business planning purposes. Any unauthorized use, including reverse engineering or data scraping, is strictly prohibited.
3. Privacy and Data
GeoBiz respects your privacy. The App collects user location, budget range, and business preferences to provide tailored business suggestions. We do not sell your data to third parties. Full details are provided in our Privacy Policy.
4. Disclaimer on Business Suggestions
All business suggestions provided are generated based on public and proprietary data using AI algorithms. GeoBiz does not guarantee success or financial gain. Users are encouraged to perform independent due diligence.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features may be available through paid plans. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. GeoBiz reserves the right to change pricing and features. No refunds will be issued for partial usage.
6. Termination
GeoBiz may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that harms the platform, users, or third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and features of the App are the intellectual property of GeoBiz. Users may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the App without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
GeoBiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, including business losses.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
10. Changes to Terms
GeoBiz may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
